This program includes all the material (in downloadable formats) you need to become a Certified Dining Room Master (DRM)™, including a Service Practical video. Requirements include a minimum of 5 years FOH experience (2 years managing the same establishment) or 10 years of active hospitality (may include back-of-the-house positions) with a minimum of two years on the floor and/or direct contact with the clientele. The exam remains active for three years, allowing plenty of time for you to achieve the 80% success rate.
