The Certification Confirmation kit includes a handsome FDRP certificate bearing your name and achieved certification level PLUS a FDRP lapel pin. Both items will be mailed to you directly after verification that you are recorded in the FDRP database. In order for us to verify your achievement, please provide us with the exact address you entered when you took the test. For ISG Cross-Certification, please provide us with a copy (fax copy is accepted) of your ISG certification. Your name will be printed as per the information we have in our database. If you misspelled your name during testing, you need to provide us with the correct spelling with this order. WE DO NOT SHIP TO P.O. BOX.
